your first visit

At your first visit, you’ll get to know our office and meet either Dr. Nga Hoang or Dr. Emerald Nguyen. We dedicate plenty of time to each patient to ensure all your questions and concerns are fully addressed.

During this visit, we will perform a thorough clinical exam, take photos (and X-rays if needed), and walk you through all aspects of your treatment. You’ll receive a complete clinical diagnosis, a treatment plan that explains our goals, and review estimated fees.

To help us make the most of your appointment and spend our time focused on you, we encourage you to complete the required patient information forms beforehand. This allows us to be fully prepared and ensures we can answer all your questions and discuss your orthodontic needs in detail.
